David Wall
Chief Executive of CLS Europe, the Chairman of the Corporate Development
Group, and together with Dr Glenn Marshall, also runs CLS The Americas. David's
career began at Rolls Royce in a number of support and line management roles.
He became the youngest ever recruit into PE Consulting Group where he supported
and led many major change projects in the public and private sector organisations.
A major turnaround role beckoned when headhunted as General Manager
of a bearings plant. He became a turnaround specialist with the Chairman of PE
International. Dr Ken Blanchard and Paul Hersey sought him as a partner to further
their development of the Center for Leadership Studies and he studied and taught
on masters and doctoral programmes in Southern California.
He co-founded
the Centre for Leadership Studies, Europe to make change really happen and developed
his "Towards The Complete Leader" and "Shaping The Future" work. David's uniqueness
is in his original thinking, his practicality, his powerful communication and
personal energy.

Dr
Gerry Randell
Dr Gerry Randell is a Project Director for CLS Europe
and Emeritus Professor of the University of Bradford, UK. Previously, he was Professor
of Organisational Behaviour at the Bradford Management Centre. He started work
as an industrial chemist but made a change in career. After graduating in psychology,
he worked as an industrial psychologist in the Operations Research department
of J. Lyons & Company and for LEO Computers. He then joined the staff of the University
of London at Birbeck College. From 1965 through 1966 he was Chairman of Occupational
Psychology Section of the British Psychological Society. From 1968 to 1989 he
was Chairman of the Independent Assessment and Research Centre in London. Gerry
was the President of the 1982 Edinburgh International Congress of Applied Psychology,
and has been the Editor of the International Review of Applied Psychology.
His book "Staff Appraisal: A First Step to Effective Leadership" sold over
25,000 copies and has been translated into Spanish. He has made contributions
to numerous journals and books, and has given invited papers and lectures to professional
institutions and universities in Britain, France, Greece, USA, Algeria, Dubai,
Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Bulgaria, Hungary, Belgium, Ireland, Mauritius,
Mexico, Spain and Switzerland.
He has been an Assessor to the Civil
Service Selection Board, and is a consultant in management development for many
public and commercial organisations. Gerry's work on staff appraisal, managing
motivation, and the micro-skills of leadership is being applied in many working
groups. He is currently undertaking research into the diagnosis of organisational
ills and a non-verbal measure of personality.
Jonathan
Pallas
A
BSc Mechanical Engineer, Jonathan trained as a Commercial Diver during a short
army commission and subsequently completed an MBA. Jonathan has a background is
in construction project management and HR roles in retail, FMCG and cosmetics
sectors. He has a good working knowledge of French and his analytical skills and
sensitive facilitation underpin a passion for helping others to be at their best.
